The superintendent is responsible for coordinating the work of those employed by your company. It has come to your attention that he is directing workers to charge time to work done in areas they have not worked on. What this means is that instead of working on building A foundations, they are coding their time to slab on grade for building B.

This is often done when the monthly report shows the budget to be short in one area and showing a surplus of the budget on others.

The superintendent is an old friend of the VP of Operations back in the corporate office and seems to always have the VP?s ear.

When you approach the superintendent about the issue, he simply tells you not to worry about it ?cuz it all comes out in the wash?. Well, as we know, it doesn?t.
