All 3 parts need to be in separate sections::

PART 1:

Step 1: Post your responses to the following questions on the discussion board. If appropriate, include personal experience in your responses.

Review the “Options for Reducing the Critical Path” on pp 320-321. Refer to the project scenario from Week 3. Pick three options that you could potentially perform to reduce the critical path of your project. Explain how you would perform (or attempt) those options.

PART 2:

-Step 1: Review the section “Constructing the Critical Path” on pp 311-321 of your textbook.

-Step 2: Develop a network (diagram/chart) with time estimates and predecessors for the project you outlined in Week 3. See Table 9.4 on p 311 for an example.

-Step 3: Develop a critical path for the project you outlined in Week 3.

-Step 4: Use a word processor to submit a 3-5 page project overview. The project overview will include the following:
-Brief description of your project
-What your project team would look like (org chart or list of positions)
-What the end result or goal of the project is
-Network diagram/chart with time estimates and predecessors
-Critical path diagram highlighting the critical path
-Highlight any 3 challenges you think you may face in your project (reference Week 1-Week 7)

PART 3:

-Give at least one example of an innovative new approach related to quality and/or change management. Provide a brief summary based on your research and give your professional opinion as to the effectiveness of the new approach. Provide a rationale for your response.
-Select two elements related to change and explain how you will use these elements to ensure success in your own future projects.
