4. Submit the three case briefs as ONE Word file. Please include your name in the assignment. You have up to three attempts at submitting a file and I grade the most recent submission.

5. Answer the Discussion Board Question: Should the president have the power of executive privilege? What should be privileged and why? Should there be any limitations?
