Paper details:

In lieu of a final exam, I’m going to have you do a final project/paper.

The paper can be on any topic related to cookstoves.

Suggestions (but please feel free to deviate/be creative):

•Review of field studies, stove dissemination studies, laboratory studies
•Comparison of testing methods (can be a combination of field/lab)
•Description of projects to help counteract negative impacts (deforestation, exposure, etc.)
•Suggestion of an approach that may help mitigate exposure/negative impacts. This might look like suggesting a combined usage of multiple methods/technologies (solar, ‘hot box’, electricity). Make sure your suggestion is plausible. I’ll ding you if there’s no way your suggestion could work o
•Description of empowerment projects
•etc.
