You are not expected to do much outside research; the focus should be the texts. That being said, you may also need to understand more about each interpreter s biography or social location to analyze why s\/he interprets creation in this way through additional outside research.<\/p>\n<p>Questions to consider: How is the interpreter addressing this topic  How is s\/he using the biblical creation story to support this argument  What other sources is s\/he using  How does this topic fit into this interpreter s larger understanding of creation  Why is s\/he arguing this  To whom\/what might s\/he be responding <\/p>\n<p>Note: You should plan on analyzing each writing in detail, not simply restating what each interpreter says.
