Objectives
\n1- identify key factors social work must take into consideration when working with domestic abuse perpetrators and victims
\n2- Examining literature to identify contemporary sociological theory the underpins domestic abuse
\n3- a thematic analyses of key serious case reviews to assertain underlying patterns of causal behaviour.<\/p>\n
The following theories need to be included in the literature review: social learning theory, behavioural genetic theory, gender based theory.<\/p>\n
Methodology- documentary analyses, thematic analyses from serious case reviews. The book bryman 2015 research methods will state how to do this. Serious case reviews can be found on NSPCC website.<\/p>\n
