I get in, do my eight hours and go home. What do we want an incentive scheme for \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sales person: \u201cI\u2019ve got a friend who works in Sales for a company where they don\u2019t get any salary. He makes all his money on commission: 15% on all sales. He works all the hours God sends but he earns a fortune. Don\u2019t know if I\u2019d like it though. Maybe a sort of half salary and half commission arrangement.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Software\/Product developer: \u201cI\u2019m trying to develop a new app but I just don\u2019t get enough time. Sometimes I think I might leave the company so I can work on it. Lots of us are in this position and we don\u2019t want to leave but on the other hand we need time to work on our ideas. Also, if it sells, I\u2019d want to get some of the rewards for it, as the person who invented it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Manager: Administration: \u201cThe two most important things for me are the security and the flexible working hours. Here, I can leave early for the kids three days a week. Life wouldn\u2019t be possible without that.
