Include a proper title page.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scholarly Journals \u2013 What are they?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Scholarly journals (also called \u201cprofessional\u201d or \u201cpeer reviewed\u201d journals) are a type of <strong>periodical<\/strong>.<\/em> Other types of periodicals are magazines and newspapers.<\/p>\n<p>Most online databases contain a <strong>limiter<\/strong> you can select so results only show certain types of journals. For best results, select \u201cJournal Article\u201d in the \u201cDocument Type\u201d limiter (if it is available), as well as&nbsp;the \u201cPeer Reviewed\u201d* limiter.<br \/> *Items such as \u201cletters to the editor,\u201d book reviews, etc., are not peer reviewed, although they are found in peer reviewed journals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Characteristics of Scholarly Journals<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Articles report on original research or experiments (as opposed to news or opinion pieces).<\/li>\n<li>Articles written by a scholar\/author who has done research in a particular field or discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Language is technical and specialized.<\/li>\n<li>Sources cited in the form of footnotes or bibliographies.<\/li>\n<li>Often published by universities or professional societies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The annotations are designed to help your classmates better understand and more easily learn about your topic. The annotation is not a normal required component of APA; rather, it is a specific additional requirement for this assignment. In addition, I am curious about the answers to the following questions (which are in alignment with the four research questions) as they pertain to <strong>Israel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What are the major elements and dimensions of culture in this region?<\/li>\n<li>How are these elements and dimensions integrated by locals conducting business in the nation?<\/li>\n<li>How do both of the above items compare with US culture and business?<\/li>\n<li>What are the implications for US businesses that wish to conduct business in that region?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Do not cut and paste from your sources, as this constitutes plagiarism.
