This project involves your preparing written answers to the questions below based on the information provided in these documents.  This project is a<\/p>\n<p>team project.  Team members will be required to submit an evaluation on each team member and the dynamics of the team.  The written report will be due to the BUS 500A<\/p>\n<p>Blackboard in parts as scheduled.<\/p>\n<p>The project is worth 25% of your course grade.<\/p>\n<p>Selected Company:  Netflix, Inc<br \/>\nYou may either go to the website for Netflix, Inc or the Securities and Exchange Commission to obtain a copy of the SEC Form 10-K (2015) and the Proxy Statement.<\/p>\n<p>To access these documents via the company website go Netflix .  Select the 10-K for year ending December 31, 2015 and proxy statement (DEF 14A).  These documents are<\/p>\n<p>lengthy, so you decide if you want to print out the hardcopy (which may be easier for you) or just view the documents online (not as easy for viewing but does save you<\/p>\n<p>paper and ink).<\/p>\n<p>Report<br \/>\nYour report is expected to have a professional appearance as would be expected in most business settings.  Presentation is important.   Prepare your report in Word,<\/p>\n<p>using font size 12 and with single line spacing.  The first page should be in memo format with three sections:  1) Purpose of this assignment   2) Sources used 3)<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion \ufffd\ufffd\ufffd What is your opinion of the company; Would you invest in this company?.  The format of your report is to follow the outline of the questions included in<\/p>\n<p>this handout.  In your report, state the question or item immediately followed by your answer. To facilitate the instructor\ufffd\ufffd\ufffds review and your class discussion, you<\/p>\n<p>must cross-reference your answers to the sources used including the document name and the page number.<\/p>\n<p>Questions<br \/>\nInclude in your report the answers to the questions listed below.
