If possible, choose from among the team members&#8217; places of business or similar industries.<\/p>\n<p><b>Calculate<\/b>&nbsp;the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current ratio<\/li>\n<li>Quick ratio<\/li>\n<li>Net profit margin<\/li>\n<li>Asset utilization<\/li>\n<li>Financial leverage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Analyze<\/b>&nbsp;the Return on Equity (ROE) for the last 2 years using the DuPont method.<\/p>\n<p><b>Develop<\/b>&nbsp;a 2,100-word comparison of your three companies in which you include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discuss the differences in the industries<\/li>\n<li>Discuss the different measurement conventions and how this affects presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Contrast IASB basis for accounting (IFRS) and FASB\/GAAP accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Compare the three companies and their strategies for managing their working capital.<\/li>\n<li>Discuss the financial ratios and analyses and what they indicate about the companies and their financial forecast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Incorporate<\/b>&nbsp;the calculated ratios and analysis into the paper.<\/p>\n<p><b>Include<\/b>&nbsp;the financial statements for the 3 companies as an appendix to the paper.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cite<\/b>&nbsp;at least 3 scholarly sources.<\/p>\n<p><b>Format<\/b>&nbsp;the paper consistent with APA guidelines.<\/p>\n<p><b>Click&nbsp;<\/b>the Assignment Files tab to submit your assignment.<\/p>\n<p>Materials<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Select&nbsp;three publicly traded companies.
