(Note: In this example, there is no comparison treatment.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Using <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">MEDLINE\/PubMed<\/a> (using MeSH) and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ebscohost.com\/cinahl\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">CINAHL<\/a>, do the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct a systematic search for relevant research findings on your topic or question.<\/li>\n<li>List the words that you entered to perform each search.<\/li>\n<li>List the number of findings that were returned.<\/li>\n<li>Identify the steps that&nbsp;you took to narrow the search to more precise findings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Describe at least 3 sources of relevant literature findings on your PICO question.\n<ul>\n<li>You should be able to locate the article in full text or an abstract of the study.<\/li>\n<li>Select research findings that most closely fit the PICO question that&nbsp;you posed<\/li>\n<li>Cite the references.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Now, research your PICO question using <a href=\"http:\/\/scholar.google.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">this scholarly search engine<\/a>.\n<ul>\n<li>List the number of \u201chits\u201d that were returned.<\/li>\n<li>How does this search engine rate and rank the reference articles that it lists in a search?<\/li>\n<li>How does this search engine ranking system aid researchers as they seek information?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Explain the following:\n<ul>\n<li>What steps can a researcher use to narrow the search for information on a clinical topic?<\/li>\n<li>Why is it necessary to narrow a search?<\/li>\n<li>Which search did you find to be the most effective and useful on this clinical topic, and what made it effective for you?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>What is the difference between a search engine and a database for locating relevant practice information?<\/li>\n<li>Select a preferred search tool, and identify the rationale for your preference.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Submit a paper of 2\u20133 pages in APA format that addresses the following items: Paper is to be written in question, Answer format.
