style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>Some suggested companies are:<span>\u00a0 <\/span>Telstra, Qantas, Fosters.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>You may however choose any company from any country.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>A business can be thought of as a stream of decisions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>What product should we make<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>What price should we charge<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>How should we get the product to market<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>How should we communicate with potential customers about the product<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>What regions should we operate in<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>What partners should we have<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>What market segments exist and which ones should we target<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>Who should we employ<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>How much training should we deliver<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>Who should we promote<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>What IT supplier should we use<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>What advertising agency should we use<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>Where should the office be located<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>And many more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>You should not be limited by this list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>Sourcing both secondary and primary data, analysing and then drawing realistic conclusions, it will be presented in a report format and then the key issues and findings are to be presented.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 10.5px\"><span>Finally submit a 500 word report utilising the concepts and models covered in the lectures to analyse, discuss, identify alternatives and make recommendations to improve the performance of the
