The PP should introduce or remind the faculty of the concept and importance of school culture and then share what you as the leader deem important for them to know about your role as the leader in a thriving school culture. Your PP should be 12-15 slides and should include your own reflections and perspectives, incorporating key items you have learned thus far in regards to school culture.
