Within the last 2 months, he started having chest pain when he takes a shower and washes his hair. Sometimes he must stop several times while walking from his front door to the car because \u201cI can\u2019t get my breath and my chest really hurts\u201d. He states he hasn\u2019t been taking any medications for the past 3 months due economic problems. He states \u201cmy monthly light bill is very high because I keep my air conditioner running 24\/7 so I can breathe better. The patient is unable to remember what medications he was taking and says it is too much trouble to keep a medication list.<\/p>\n<p>1.
