Village of Pinehurst that could have a tremendous effect on law enforcement managers. It placed restrictions on the use of tasers to subdue subjects. This case applies to Virginia Law Enforcement Agencies and could alter training and use of force policies.<br \/>\nRead over the case and the findings of the court and discuss areas of concern for law enforcement managers. What are the immediate concerns in the areas of officer safety, training, use of force, budgeting, etc? Look for immediate areas that must be addressed and any far reaching results of this ruling.
