The management is composed of the various people of different society.<\/p>\n<p>\u009bThere are different types of the people and belong to different caste and the religion having variety of the ideas and thoughts<\/p>\n<p>\u009bThe corporate culture evolves around the globe and the has similar measures subject to parity (John, 2014).<\/p>\n<p>\u009bThe exclusion of the employees from the organisation depicts the negative impact on the work culture of the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>\u009bAccording to the law of the disability act the company cannot exclude the people from the organisation just on the basis of the physical disability.<\/p>\n<p>\u009bScenario<\/p>\n<p>\u009bIn many organisations the people who are disabled are excluded just on the basis of the physical unfit criteria. The criteria is too small to fit any person in the organisation despite having the relevant qualifications.<\/p>\n<p>\u009bThey are not given chance to prove themselves on the basis of the talent they possess and are disregarded due to being amputees or one leg people (Liberman, 2017).<\/p>\n<p>\u009bMoreover the other individuals also build the same perception for the people who are disabled. They side line them and generally do not prefer to talk to them because of the set mindset.<\/p>\n<p>\u009bEffect on the Disabled employees<\/p>\n<p>\u009b The people are morally down and they do not feel committed towards the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>\u009bA sense of disregard and disrespect among the employees will create a fear of not being compatible for the work (Maciaszczyk and Maciaszczyk, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>\u009bThe exclusion of the disabled employees even related to the severe disabilities such as depression, mind problems, neurological disorder and the unhealthy system.<\/p>\n<p>\u009bThe employees fail to recognise their actual abilities and they keep on comparing their deficiencies with the qualities of the other employees and hence this is again a factor that makes them feel different.<\/p>\n<p>Disadvantages<\/p>\n<p>\u009bThe talent is lost by the organisation as that will eventually cater only those employees who are physically fit.<\/p>\n<p>\u009bThe disregard shown among the employees who are disabled will eventually showcase the organisation\u2019s ethical and the social scenario (Oliver, 2017).<\/p>\n<p>\u009bLastly the community will not serve to the organisation and this will also reduce the goodwill of the firm and the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>\u009bFurther the organisation does not support the society and the society in return will definitely disregard the organisation or the company in the same manner, which is ultimately a loss in the market share to the firm.<\/p>\n<p>References<\/p>\n<p>\u009bJohn, N., Murthy, G.V.S., Komal, P.A., Sagar, J. and Kamalakannan, S.K., (2014) <i>Sex Differences in the uptake of health care services in persons with disabilities.
