Knowing what \u00a0to say, and how to state it in an appropriate manner, can make the \u00a0difference between communication that succeeds or fails.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Read the following blog posting and provide feedback on its level of \u00a0effectiveness. If you come in late, you should not put 8:00AM on your card. If \u00a0you take a long lunch, you are not supposed to hide that and sign like \u00a0the lunch took only one hour. I will not stand for this type of \u00a0cheating. I simply have no other choice but to institute an employee \u00a0monitoring. Beginning next week, a video system will be installed in the \u00a0building with cameras monitoring all entrances, and entry and exit \u00a0times will be logged every time you use electronic key cards to enter or \u00a0leave the premises.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Anyone arriving late for work or returning late from lunch more than \u00a0three times will have to answer directly to me. I don\u2019t care if you had \u00a0to take a nap or if your family had to go shopping.
