To communicate with the CEO and shareholders, you must create a memo.\u00a0 In the memo, you will explain the issues, as well as offer appropriate solutions.\u00a0 For help in the format and writing style of a memo use\u00a0 Good example of a persuasive memo.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In your memo include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Header: with To, From, Date, and Subject<\/li>\n<li>Introductory paragraph<\/li>\n<li>One to two paragraphs outlining the issues.<\/li>\n<li>Three to six paragraphs describing solutions<\/li>\n<li>A closing paragraph that summarizes the information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the memo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Describe the issues of the current ethical culture<\/li>\n<li>Describe which stakeholders are affected by the issues, such as employees, shareholders, local community, society, etc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Formulate a plan to change the ethical culture<\/li>\n<li>Convince the CEO and shareholders of the importance of the changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Memos are a business style of writing rather than academic.
