You will create a 10-page (minimum) double-spaced paper that includes the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detailed analysis on how the organization applies the lessons learned in the course, including the following concepts (select those that are applicable to your selected organization):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o Fundamentals of leadership, including leadership styles and traits<\/p>\n<p>o Strategic thinking<\/p>\n<p>o Emotional intelligence<\/p>\n<p>o Communication and leadership<\/p>\n<p>o Organizational culture and climate<\/p>\n<p>o High performing teams<\/p>\n<p>o Managing change<\/p>\n<p>o Problem management and decision making<\/p>\n<p>o Consensus building and negotiation<\/p>\n<p>o Ethics and professional codes of conduct<\/p>\n<p>o Managing conflict<\/p>\n<p>o Strategic planning<\/p>\n<p>o Power and Politics<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application of course materials that reference course materials and textbooks, including:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>o Bradberry, T. &amp; Greaves, J. Newtown Square, PA: Project Management Institute, Inc.<\/p>\n<p>o Other academic citations are encouraged, but will not be accepted in lieu of the above.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s level academic writing style, including appropriate grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, internal organization including appropriate paragraphs, citations, and references.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall organization of document to include an introduction, body and conclusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Papers are required to be submitted via Turnitin for final grading.
