Art & architecture Sustainability as architectural trend

Hello, i will upload a page and i just need you to paraphrase it in very simple language please.

and please research how this impacts architecture

and put the two references provided under please

Sustainable Architecture

Considering the impact of human activity on climate change, developments in architecture now seek to address the issue of sustainability. The installation of water-filtration systems in new buildings is now a trend for new constructions to impact the water crisis. Also, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems are now designed to conserve energy and reduce negative effects on the environment.

Sustainability

As already mentioned, sustainability and architecture are already a focus of architects and designers and this trend is only set to grow in 2018. New governmental regulations and increasing public awareness about climate change has ushered in an era of mindful design – an era where it is our responsibility to engage with our planet in a respectful way. Further, the term sustainable also means security, safety and comfort. Even as the realm of architecture continues to innovate in unexpected ways, a link to the familiar will remain present. After all, there’s much we can learn from human history about using environmentally friendly materials and practices. Sometimes, it’s as simple as going back to our roots.

Eco-friendly features

This includes but is not limited to urban gardens and vertical green walls. Eco-friendly features allow for buildings to literally be more green – through the incorporation of fauna in the architecture and the space itself.

Sustainable practices

This year will bring with it an increase in the implementation of sustainable practices that moderate the environment in residential buildings: either totally artificial where heating, ventilation and lighting standards are met by the installation of sophisticated mechanical and electrical plants; or passively, through innovation and ingenious solutions that harness the building’s inherent characteristics; and, or a combination of the two.

Eco-friendly materials are not enough anymore. You will be seeing a lot of vertical gardens and green rooftops in 2018. Additionally, buildings will grow greener on the inside by incorporating indoor green parks and green walls.

Sustainability

First of all, having water-filtration systems at home will be also trendy as the world is practically going into a water crisis. Second, smart houses which are entirely automated by an internet application will prevail. You will be able to heat up the food you left in the oven on your way home and even turn on your coffee machine. This will also apply to lighting, air conditioning, heating, fridges, dishwashers, and windows.
