Include your 1000-word hypothetical scenario\/story about job experience in the workplace. Select one or more typical workplace experiences an employee might have. These issue could be related to breach of psychological contract, person-job\/organisation fit, or performance review\/management. Develop a hypothetical scenario demonstrating the complexity of this workplace issue for a fictional employee. Your hypothetical story or scenario may integrate more than one issue (e.g., psychological contract and person-job\/organisation fit).
\n\u2022 Write in the form of a hypothetical story or scenario (hereafter referred to as \u2018scenario\u2019; See Assessment Resources section of Moodle for examples).
\n\u2022 Your scenario must be relevant to a workplace\/employment context.
\n\u2022 You must draw on academic and practitioner research related to issues that
\ntypically arise in an employee\u2019s experience in the workplace; e.g., performance issues, breach of psychological contract, etc. Thus, your scenario must be evidence-based (informed by your research).
\n\u2022 You should include 2-3 questions at the end of your scenario for a reader to be able to analyse your scenario and learn from it. You don\u2019t need to answer these questions yourself.
\n\u2022 You should include a reference list (APA format) demonstrating the research underpinning your scenario. You don\u2019t need to cite these sources in the body of your scenario, because it should read like a story\/scenario. In other words, there\u2019s no need for in-text citations but you should include a reference list indicating your research in developing the scenario.
