What has changed between the twentieth and twenty-first centuries understandings of values in organizations that effectively drive innovation?
Look into the history of the financial services industry and determine what values changed from the late twentieth to early twenty-first century. Do the new values align with current organization design?
Consider what values promote sharing and connecting in new ways that can lead to innovation as well as what values obstruct the alignment of firm architecture.<\/p>\n
