1- Collect information on challenges the organization faces and propose a diagnostic of the organization<\/p>\n
2- Make the case for an OD intervention and choose a change strategy that would allow the organization to overcome at least some these challenges;<\/p>\n
3- Highlight individual level and team level consequences;<\/p>\n
4- Explain how change resistance will be overcome;<\/p>\n
