Your discussion post should include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The business area in which you see RPZ facing a problem.<\/li>\n<li>The nature of the problem based on the scenarios you have reviewed in the course so far, and at least one reason why it is a problem.<\/li>\n<li>A question that could guide your investigation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For example, focusing the efforts of the sales force can have a major effort. If this were your interest, you might explain in your post:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>RPZ Marketing appears to be facing a problem in its sales organization. Sales people are bringing in a wide variety of opportunities and this diversity is pulling company resources in too many different directions. As a result, RPZ Marketing cannot operate efficiently and is not as profitable as it could be.<\/li>\n<li>How can RPZ Marketing most effectively focus its sales efforts?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Be concise as you write your initial post in this discussion.
