\nThe background of the case study is briefly presented.
\nAny key issues of case study outlined.<\/p>\n
Identification of:
\nSignificant issues within the case study.
\nPossible causes of these issues.
\nInclude discussion of the roles and responsibilities of accommodation managers in relation to the issues and causes.<\/p>\n
Strategies:
\nDescription of any strategies used to resolve the issues or improve the situation identified in the case study.
\nEvaluation of those strategies.<\/p>\n
Throughout the above three areas:
\nReference to accommodation management principles.
\nReference to accommodation management best practice.
\nExamples of real-world situations.
\nEvidence of where issues or causes may occur outside of the realm of the case study (other hotels \/ resorts, etc) and other strategies that may have improved the situation in those areas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
