\nThe Final Paper provides you with an opportunity to integrate and reflect on what you have learned during the class.
\nThe question to address is: \u201cWhat have you learned about statistics?\u201d In developing your responses, consider \u2013 at a minimum \u2013 and discuss the application of each of the course elements in analyzing and making decisions about data (counts and\/or measurements).
\nThe course elements include:
\nDescriptive statistics
\nInferential statistics
\nHypothesis development and testing
\nSelection of appropriate statistical tests
\nEvaluating statistical results.
\nWriting the Final Paper
\nThe Final Paper:
\nMust be three to- five double-spaced pages in length, and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
\nMust include a title page with the following:
\nTitle of paper
\nStudent\u2019s name
\nCourse name and number
\nInstructor\u2019s name
\nDate submitted
\nMust begin with an introductory paragraph that has a succinct thesis statement.
\nMust address the topic of the paper with critical thought.
\nMust end with a conclusion that reaffirms your thesis.
\nMust use at least three scholarly sources, in addition to the text.
\nMust document all sources in APA style, as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
