The organization should be one for which you have (or can obtain) enough information to complete the assignments for this course. Any interviews conducted must follow the Strayer guidelines highlighted below for conducting interviews.<\/p>\n<p>You will develop a training proposal in stages, which are described in Assignments 1\u20134. Each stage is a building block that will become part of your final project. You will be required to use a technology tool in the development process. Your professor will review each stage and offer feedback. Therefore, you will have an opportunity to revise some of the assignments. Your goal is to move from a traditional training approach to a performance-based training approach.
