Besides, my boss doesn’t understand how busy I am. I have a lot of stuff to do in the morning.”*
Does the paragraph above sound familiar to you? In this week’s discussion please explain (1) why an employer needs an employee to be on time. Also, (2) describe how an employee could learn to be on time for work. Additionally, (3) add comments about the benefits of being punctual and regular in job attendance. Please make sure that you refer to the readings in the Lectures and Required Resources tabs from Week 2 and that you include information from those readings in your initial post. When you respond to your classmates, be sure that you add additional information to their posts. They are a very good brand who keeps their classic look. I have always known them for their sunglasses. They offer a variety of styles for different customers.)
NELLY
Hello Professor Butensky and classmates,
Brands are important because its helps us, the customers, differentiate them from all the other types of products out there. Brands help build customer loyalty and it makes our decision making process easier. Some brands build an image that helps us express ourselves and in a way they provide a safety net to our purchasing choices. For example, when I go to a different country I feel “safer” when I recognize a brand that I use.
My favorite accessory brand is Ray-Ban. When it comes to sunglasses or eyeglasses Ray Bans are my most trusted brand to purchase. I love their style and also their prices! I use eyeglasses and I have frames in different colors and styles. My choice seems more rational than emotional when it comes to my purchasing decision. I use them because of their prices and the security that the brand gives me.

BIBI
Hello Professor and classmates,
According to the text Fashion Branding Unraveled, Branding is a process that highlights a proposed value for a product and transform it into a real customer experience. (Hameide)
We need brands because it provides an identity for the company and the products the company is selling. Every brand is known for their quality, customer experience, pricing etc. Many customers today make a purchase to brands they trust and brands with good reputation. Every brand have its own identity and personality. They are known for who they are, their mission, and the type of business they are running. For example, Adidas is well known for its athletic clothing and sports wear and gears. We need a brand so that we can build a relationship of trust with our target audience.
One of my favorite brand is Nike. I love the Nike Free Run sneakers collection for women. I first bought the Nike Free Run because of both its rational and emotional values. Firstly the benefits of the free run is great for someone who workout or someone that is always active. It has a barefoot feel so it is very comfortable and very flexible for running or any other exercise. Another reason why I bought this sneaker was because of the emotional values. I read many great reviews and I also spoke to many people who I’ve seen wearing this sneaker in my gym. I have to say it is my best sneakers and I currently have it in 5 different colors.
Simone
Hi Professor,
One of my favorite brands is Kate Spade. The Kate Spade brand shows values such as consistency when it comes to their handbags because even though they come out with new styles each season, they still use the same type of leather that always last. Also the brand represents a woman who takes pride into what she wears and her individual style. Also, the brand is known for great customer service and for reasonable prices for their handbags. Kate Spade has its own identity in the sense that they possess its own personality which is cheerful and very colorful. I personally see this identity because I know that if I am looking for a cute but colorful bag, Kate Spade is the place to go. Branding plays such a huge role in how people shop that most people do not realize it but certain brands draw us in more than other because of what they are known for and what they stand for.

Other / fashion brand Please read words file that I uploaded.
