How much they own? Is there any institutional investors in the company?<\/p>\n<p>Q3. Who are the company\u2019s main competitors?<\/p>\n<p>Q4. What was the par value of the company in its initial public offering (IPO)? When did the companies join the Saudi market?<\/p>\n<p>Q5. What is the current company\u2019s share price?<\/p>\n<p>Q6. How many shares of the company are outstanding?<\/p>\n<p>Q7. What is the market value of the companies?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>Task 2.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><strong>The Company annual reports and share price information<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Collect data on the company for the past 3 years (2014-2015-2016) for the following variables:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Share price;<\/li>\n<li>Volume;<\/li>\n<li>Balance sheet;<\/li>\n<li>Income statement;<\/li>\n<li>Cash flow statement;<\/li>\n<li>The Saudi market general index \u201cTadawul All Share Index, TASI\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>The companies\u2019 sector index.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>The companies\u2019 operating performance (40%)<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Investigate and analyse the latest three Financial Statements (you can find them from the company\u2019s website or from Tadawul).&nbsp; Assess the companies\u2019 performance by looking at the appropriate liquidity ratios, asset management ratios, Leverage ratios, Profitability ratios and market value ratios. Compare the company performance over the past three years (time-series analysis)<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>The company\u2019s share price performance (40%)<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>You need to assess the company\u2019s share price performance over the past three years (36 months).
