There are many forms of conflict in the world. The generational kind is perhaps the most common. When Generation X thinks about Millennials, it is usually in a negative light. The younger generation also has issues with the older one. Young people feel like they are unfairly judged by an older generation that is out of touch and behind the times. How would you resolve the differences between these generational cohorts? Choose a side and then write an essay (1000 words minimum) using the Rogerian model. You may use any of the assigned readings and the textbook. However, you are not allowed to use any sources that are not in the syllabus.<\/p>\n
