Applied Cross-Cultural CommunicationInstructions:Study the first two chapters discussed in class: \u201cUnderstanding and Applying Intercultural Communication in the Global Community: The Fundamentals\u201d by McDaniel and Samovar, and \u201cIntercultural Communication in a Globalized World\u201d by Saint-Jacques, and do the tasks described below. This take-home assignment is to be typed double spaced. Each task is worth 5 points, as indicated, for a total of 15 points. Use this page as the front page of your paper.
1. (5 points) In one sentence or two summarize each of the central points discussed in each chapter (two pages).<\/p>\n

2. (5 points) From the first chapter,identifya few particular points that help you better understand key aspects of your own culture. Explain those aspects, and discuss how this understanding is forming and ways in which it could help you to better interact with persons of different cultures(two pages).<\/p>\n

3. (5 points) From the second chapter, identify a few particular points that help you better understand key aspects of a foreign culture. Name that culture and explain those aspects. Also, explain how this understanding is forming and ways in which it challenges preconceived ideas you had toward the culture in question(two pages).<\/p>\n

This is a test for a higher level humanities cross culture communications class. so please read the materials carefully and answer in a straight forward precise and smart way.<\/p>\n

the second question of the test is related to my own culture, my professor knows where I am from so you have to answer according to my culture not yours, I am from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. I am an Arab Muslim.<\/p>\n
