Build Capacity Through a Review of Personnel Performance<\/h2>\n

Description
For this assignment, you will play the role of dean for ABC University, a for-profit university that uses only online delivery of their courses (much like NCU!). You have been asked by the University?s President to craft a proposal to help with student retention. You will examine all possible reasons for the lull in attendance and longevity of students. Because you have noticed a decline in faculty evaluation ratings, you decide to look at the performance of your faculty and base most of your proposal on faculty and support staff. Gather sources from the NCU library, and visit the Commons (located in your course room) to determine if you find comments or information there to assist with your proposal. Include pertinent data tables or graphs to justify what you are proposing.
Length: 8 pages, not including title or reference pages
References: A minimum of seven scholarly sources
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your paper should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
