Create a fictional organization that includes the name, type of business, size of organization, and the product or service that the organization offers. The paper must be between 8-10 pages in length and include five scholarly sources, in addition to the text. Your paper must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop an organizational chart for the proposed organization.\n<ul>\n<li>Include the title of positions and a brief description of the positions\u2019 duties and responsibilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Define the organization\u2019s vision, mission, and values<\/li>\n<li>Outline the basic planning process for the organization, and describes how the three levels of management influence this process.<\/li>\n<li>Explain why the quality, productivity, and profitability are important elements in the planning process<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the relationship between the human resource planning activities and the overall organizational strategy<\/li>\n<li>Discuss the philosophy of management that will be applied to the management of the organization and how the structure of the organization will foster a positive work environment where employees will be motivated and productive.<\/li>\n<li>Compose the steps of control and types of controls included in the control process for the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Operational Plan&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be 8 to 10 double-spaced pages in length (excluding the title and reference pages), and formatted according to APA style.<\/li>\n<li>Must include a separate title page with the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Title of paper<\/li>\n<li>Student\u2019s name<\/li>\n<li>Course name and number<\/li>\n<li>Instructor\u2019s name<\/li>\n<li>Date submitted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Must begin with an introductory paragraph that has a succinct thesis statement.<\/li>\n<li>Must address the topic of the paper with critical thought.<\/li>\n<li>Must end with a conclusion that reaffirms your thesis.<\/li>\n<li>Must use five scholarly sources in addition to the course text.\n<ul>\n<li>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bridgepoint.equella.ecollege.com\/curriculum\/file\/b2d6fb25-629e-42e1-a13e-43bf67043c8a\/1\/Scholarly,%20Peer%20Reviewed,%20and%20Other%20Credible%20Sources.docx\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Scholarly, Peer Reviewed, and Other Credible Sources<\/a>&nbsp;table offers additional guidance on appropriate source types.
