It will explain previous studies that studied the effects of social media on user\u2019s real life communication behaviors like (mental level, social level and also physical level). How social media alters a person\u2019s mental health like leading to depression, disconnectedness and isolation. Social level- how people forget the traditional social life by becoming addicted to the virtual world of social media.
