The group can pick any organization in which they choose to implement their new leadership theory.<\/p>\n<p>The groups will complete a 25\u201330 PowerPoint slide presentation with at least 15 distinct references using APA format. By Module\/Week 1, the instructor will divide the class into groups (4 students per group). Each group will be responsible for developing the PowerPoint presentation due Module\/Week 7.<\/p>\n<p>Each group member will be required to evaluate the other group members. Grades will be based on the project as a whole, as well as based on the evaluations received by other group members in regards to their cooperation and involvement within the project.<\/p>\n<p>The Leadership Development Plan is due by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Sunday of Module\/Week 7.<\/p>\n<p>LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PLAN GRADING RUBRIC<br \/> Criteria Levels of Achievement Points<br \/> Earned<br \/> Proficient Competent Novice<br \/> Quality ofInformation 46 to 50 points<br \/> Information clearly relates to the main topic and is accurate.
