\nSelect three potential topics that you might write an essay about, and that would apply to both a public audience and a business audience. Review the ?Rhetorical Context and the Audience? discussion for ideas. One of these topics will be the basis for your essay assignment in Week Three and Week Five. For each of the three topics, write a 350 word summary that contains:<\/p>\n
A description of the topic.
\nAn analysis of why the issue is IMPORTANT to a public policy advocates that includes at least one source appropriate to the audience and concludes with at least one specific action the audience might take.
\nAn analysis of why the issue is important to a business audience that includes at least one source appropriate to the audience and concludes with at least one specific action the audience might take.
\nBe sure to use APA style (including a cover page and reference pages) and include proper citations for all sources. Use direct quotations, paraphrasing, and\/or summary when including ideas and materials from outside sources, including the text and other readings and videos. The Research Paper will be a comprehensive research review of the significant principles of management communications used to successfully achieve organizational objectives. For this assignment of a minimum of eight pages, you need to integrate material from the readings, multimedia, and class discussion boards, and also reflect on professional experience where possible. It is mandatory to include research from the classroom text as well as from six scholarly sources to support your views. Consider the validity of your resources carefully before using them in academic papers. Use at least one professional example to address the topics below.

\nAnalyze techniques for leading teams and group meetings.

\nThe Research Paper:
\nMust be eight to ten double-spaced pages in length (not including the title and reference pages), and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
\nMust include a title page with the following:
\nTitle of paper

\nCourse name and number
\nInstructor?s name
\nDate submitted
\nMust begin with an introductory paragraph that has a succinct thesis statement.
\nMust address the topic of the paper with critical thought.
\nMust end with a conclusion that reaffirms your thesis.
