The second is due at the end of Week 8.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Week 7 Paper<\/strong>: Examine the elements of a High Performance Organization (HPO) and a Learning Organization.\u00a0 Explore how information technology contributes to making an organization a high performance organization and a learning organization.\u00a0 Select an organization represented by one of the team members, examine the role of IT as a strategic capability and prepare a set of recommendations to use IT in order to make the organization a High Performance and a Learning Organization.\u00a0 The report should be in 1750 to 2850 words.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Week 8 Paper<\/strong>: Prepare a 1450 to 2250 essay on decision-making.\u00a0 Focus on experiences with group decision-making and identify one very successful and one very unsuccessful experience.\u00a0 Identify and discuss the reasons for the group\u2019s very good or very poor performance, drawing from concepts in the readings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Overview In Module Four, the student will read about managing organizational structure and processes in intelligence organizations.
